If you are Engaged, need some portraits done, or just had a baby, you have come to the right place! I have a photo journalistic way of taking pictures, as well as formal, when it comes to events. Nothing too much added to them. They are very much candid shots that make them into real moments remembered forever. You can check out the pictures I have posted and see if my style fits your preference.

If you are interested, you can contact me at aorozco09@yahoo.com and after we get in touch we can talk about some ideas and details so I get a feel of who you are and what you might like. I'm excited to hear from you!

Sam and Kelsey

Vacation 2011 included spending a week with this lovely couple. Sam and Kelsey have been married 1 year this month and it was just awesome spending time with each other and seeing how the Lord has worked in both of our marriages & lives in this past year. Apart from all of that, it was definitely a time needed to fellowship and get away from "reality." So, straight to the point, these pictures were taken in a 10 minute session that was just for fun! They REALLY are this ADORABLE! <3

Enjoy Your week! His mercies are new every morning :D

Donney & Leanna

Meet Donney and Leanna....

Yup! That's them, and this is why I love them (because they are crazy like us). The weekend of fourth of July, my husband and I got together with  them and had a picnic at the lake front-- So much fun! These past couple of months have been so encouraging since we've started hanging out. We found each other pretty much in the same season; desiring fellowship with another couple and longing to simply hang out and build deep relationship. I have to say that hanging out with these two is just what we've been praying for. Here is to friendship and an exciting couple just loving Jesus!

They both have passions that they enjoy: Performing self written music and graphic design.

Leanna, you are so beautiful.

I love the genuine joy that exuberates out of their character.

It is the way that they can simply just "be."

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you"

LIFE as we know it....can not be more precious than the entire process of pregnancy. There is a beauty that glows in a woman when she is pregnant. I definitely cannot speak for myself, but what I do see through my eyes and heart alone is God's beauty in process: His unmistakable, incomprehensible, intricately woven work in a human being beginning before time.
I had the privilege of taking Becky's maternity photos and I can't say how honored I am when it comes to this specific genre of pictures. Maternity is.......well, let's just say I love beautiful pregnant women like Becky!

After a year and a half of waiting......her heart continues to trust in Him who gives life, and life abundantly.

This one had to be my favorite one from the whole photo shoot....absolutely breathtaking: just GLOWING!

And this one is for you little man! You'll be here soon :)

Refreshing Company

A group of us friends reunited this weekend after a very long period of time it seemed. A random, unplanned, and spare the moment "thing" turned into a photoshoot with my girlfriend Bethany Hughes. She has been one the greatest influences since 6th & 7th grade for both myself and my husband. We have remained very close friends since then! I don't get to see her around very much because she lives 2 hours away from us so this reunion was very refreshing......conversation didn't stop for the whole night! I guess that's just what happens when you have a really close connection with people you love. We started with just playing around, taking pictures inside the house. Eventually we took it outside and went all out! Here is what our afternoon looked like.

1 Year Anniversary and Still Newlyweds!

Mariah, the little bundle of Joy that makes my day :D

As of today, Sunday, Moises and I have been married one year. Tomorrow the 20th will be the exact "date" but it was definitely on a sunday afternoon that our "special day" took place. I am amazed at the things that have happened since then. Last year-tomorrow would be the "first" day that we stepped into our new home together awaiting the moments that we would share as a family...... One whole year and I can't be more blessed. I wanted to take the time to list the things that I am thankful for in this one year of Marriage.First of all, I am extremely thankful for God's provision. Moises had just gotten a new job at Stone Dimensions right before the wedding where he worked under his boss/our friend Scotty (also a minister of the Gospel at our church). I don't know how many times I thanked the Lord for giving us that job and that not only did he have a great job, but he also had a great boss. Moises was able to come home exhausted and tired from work but it was so much better than coming home exhausted and tired plus carrying the frustration and the baggage of having to work under someone who puts their "work"before
their employees.
Our church family and our immediate/extended family have also played a huge part in our hearts. They have given so much regardless of our circumstances. The fellowship and the time spent in encouraging, uplifting conversations, the countless times of laughing so hard to point of tears, and even the rough moments where all we had left to eat was roman noodles for a week straight and next thing you know we had 3 grocery bags and a box filled with food!! I love them so much and I have really grown to understand more and more the reason why we are here as a body, and the sweet glorious pleasures that we can share in just the simplicity of enjoying Jesus everyday.
It didn't take Moises and I long to fit right into the area that we moved into. After one whole year we have become the neighbors like the ones you see on TV. Anytime I run out of sugar, I go next door and ask. Debbie our landlord will cook the best tuna salad we've ever tasted and never forgets to stop on by to give us some. Linda needs some flour so she comes on by and sees if we have any to spare. And when Debbie is not doing good one day, we make sure we sit down to listen to her and just love her by talking with her. We are a little community just looking out for one another :D
The best part of all of this is that after work, I come home and see Mariah(4 yrs old) and Issac (1 1/2 yrs old) playing on our deck or in the parking lot. (they are Jamie's kids who lives above us)The moment I get out of my car, I can always count on Mariah running into my arms to say hello and Issac waddling right behind her only because he copies everything she does.

I am thankful because by the Lord's grace in my life, I am able to delight in the little things, many things that a lot of people are not able to experience in their average day. I am surrounded by His love and grace especially through the Husband he gave me. There is no one else that I could see myself with other than a God-fearing man, lover, and best friend: Moises. Thank you for everything you do and how you serve me. I love you.

Happy one year Anniversary, I look forward to many more to come (Lord willing)!!

A fresh start to a new season :)

Something exciting going in my life as of recently! I know....something is actually happening. It seems as though my life has been on pause, but I am very happy to announce that I am officially a Barista at Starbucks :D It has been 3-ish weeks now and I never in my life would have thought that "I" would be working at a coffee shop. Sooooooo maybe it just would've sounded like a "cool" place to work at and all that, but I mean, I'm not even a coffee drinker! But out of all the people that I have talked to that have worked at Starbucks are in the club, "best job I've ever had," and I think I just joined it. Granted, this is only my second job, (I don't blame you if you're laughing with me on this) but hey I'm not complaining seeing as I get to come home smelling like coffee beans instead of pizza! I will add though, that the best thing that I love about working at Starbucks is the wholesome and positive environment. My coworkers right off the bat have been nothing but encouraging, caring, and welcoming. The management team is awesome and they WEAR their morals and work ethics.....REAL TALK. And the funniest part about all of this is the fact that my husband Moises gets all the benefits. (Seriously, he's like a little boy on Christmas day: nothing but Venti Mistos Oh! and the glorious free Chai Lattes: he's in Heaven!) Now that I think of it, I think I'm actually in his dream job since he's the coffee lover!
So.....if you are ever craving some caffeine and are in the area (for those of you who know where I work), don't hesitate to satisfy your craving. Don't worry, I won't drop a coffee on you. At least I hope not! hehe.

Friend & Sister

So I thought I would dedicate this one to my best friend Katie Krueger. We have known each other for 2 years now! She offered me to live with her my first year at UWM, she has loved me unconditionally and stood up in my wedding. And now I can officially say that she is graduated! I will miss our special moments together (chai lattes, deep heart-to-hearts, ice cream, walks...oh I could go on!). She is off to California in August and I'm so excited to see what the Lord does in this next season of life.

Here you go Katie, a sweet memory from our walk in the park ;P
